How do I upgrade my plan?

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Upgrade Plan". Choose your desired tier and complete the payment process. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Contact support@getspore.com to request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How long does it take to see results?

Most campaigns show measurable influence within 24 hours. Full impact typically develops over 7-14 days as AI models process and integrate your content.

Which AI models can I target?

Spore supports targeting across 12+ major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and more. Enterprise plans include custom AI model targeting.

How many campaigns can I run simultaneously?

Starter plans support 3 concurrent campaigns, Professional supports 10, and Enterprise has unlimited campaigns. All plans allow unlimited archived campaigns.

Analytics

How is influence score calculated?

Influence score is a proprietary metric combining recommendation frequency, prominence in AI responses, and user engagement with recommendations. It's measured on a 0-100 scale.

Can I export analytics data?

Yes, all plans include CSV export. Professional and Enterprise plans also support API access for automated data retrieval and custom integrations.

Are analytics updated in real-time?

Yes, our analytics dashboard updates in real-time. You can track influence metrics, campaign performance, and AI model reach as they happen.
